  • Today, 01/18/2020, we are starting the account recovery process
  • The system was opened to the general public on 03/04/2020.

  • Here are some frequently asked questions you may have:

  • What will be the date of the old database?
  • The date of the database that we will use will be August 17, 2011.

  • How will recovery work?
  • In the first month of recovery, you will not need your account email. In the future, we will allow more waysof recovery.
  • If you don't remember the email, you can inform your userid or an old character name and the system will inform your EuroGunZ old Account email.
  • The system will forward an email to your old email address, so that you can proceed with the recovery.

  • What if I don't have access to my old email?
  • another option to retrieve your account would be by PayPal accounts/email used in previous donations (only for donations made before August 2011 and which are in the database, we will analyze them)
  • this recovery method/option will only be active in the month of February.

  • What if I don't have the old email and no old donation email via PayPal?
  • We will review other recovery methods in February and post/inform you on another date on this same page.

  • My EuroGunZ user is the same as the UniverseGunZ user, what will happen?
  • We will rename your user to a new one.

  • My EuroGunZ email is the same as the UniverseGunZ email, what will happen?
  • Your email will work on both accounts.

  • I have a character with alt-codes or characters not allowed, what will happen?
  • Your character will be renamed by the system automatically.

  • How will my account be transferred?
  • We will transfer your donation and event items, your level, exp and clans*.

  • What will the clans look like?
  • To recover a clan, we require 200 donate coins.
